En Webly tratamos tus datos personales con cuidado y conforme al Reglamento (UE) 2016/679 (RGPD) y a la Ley Orgánica 3/2018 de Protección de Datos Personales y garantía de los derechos digitales (LOPDGDD).
Nombre, nombre del negocio, email, teléfono, tipo de negocio, web actual, las opciones que marques y tu mensaje. Los usamos para responder a tu solicitud y preparar un presupuesto. Base legal: tu consentimiento (art. 6.1.a RGPD) y la aplicación de medidas precontractuales a petición tuya (art. 6.1.b RGPD).
Los datos que nos envíes al contactarnos, para atender tu consulta. Base legal: tu consentimiento y, en su caso, medidas precontractuales. WhatsApp es un servicio de WhatsApp Ireland Ltd.; al usarlo se aplica también su propia política de privacidad.
Si contratas nuestros servicios, tratamos tus datos para realizar el trabajo, mantener la web y facturar. Base legal: la ejecución del contrato (art. 6.1.b RGPD) y el cumplimiento de obligaciones legales, como las fiscales (art. 6.1.c RGPD).
Si usas el chat de la web, tus mensajes se envían a un proveedor de inteligencia artificial (a través de OpenRouter) para generar la respuesta. Te pedimos que no compartas datos sensibles en el chat. Base legal: tu consentimiento al utilizarlo.
Solo si lo aceptas en el aviso de cookies, usamos Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) para conocer de forma estadística cómo se usa la web. Base legal: tu consentimiento, que puedes retirar en cualquier momento. Más información en la Política de cookies.
Al visitar la web, el servidor registra datos técnicos como tu dirección IP y el navegador, para la seguridad y el buen funcionamiento del sitio. Base legal: interés legítimo (art. 6.1.f RGPD).
Las solicitudes de presupuesto que no lleguen a contratarse se conservan un máximo de 12 meses. Los datos de clientes se conservan mientras dure la relación y, después, durante los plazos que exige la ley (por ejemplo, la normativa fiscal y mercantil).

Algunos de estos proveedores pueden tratar datos fuera del Espacio Económico Europeo, por ejemplo en EE. UU. En ese caso se hace con garantías adecuadas, como el Marco de Privacidad de Datos UE-EE. UU. o las cláusulas contractuales tipo de la Comisión Europea.
Puedes ejercer tus derechos de acceso, rectificación, supresión, oposición, limitación del tratamiento y portabilidad, y retirar tu consentimiento en cualquier momento, escribiendo a info@webly.es. Si consideras que no hemos tratado bien tus datos, puedes presentar una reclamación ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).
Aplicamos medidas técnicas y organizativas adecuadas para proteger tus datos, como la conexión cifrada (HTTPS) de toda la web.

Naam, bedrijfsnaam, e-mail, telefoon, soort bedrijf, huidige website, de opties die je aanvinkt en je bericht. We gebruiken deze om je aanvraag te beantwoorden en een offerte te maken. Bij een bezoek legt de server technische gegevens vast, zoals je IP-adres en browser, voor de beveiliging en de goede werking van de site. Grondslag: gerechtvaardigd belang (art. 6.1.f AVG).
Offerteaanvragen die niet tot een opdracht leiden, bewaren we maximaal 12 maanden. Gegevens van klanten bewaren we zolang de samenwerking duurt en daarna zolang de wet dat verplicht (bijvoorbeeld de fiscale en handelswetgeving).
We verkopen je gegevens niet en geven ze niet door aan derden, tenzij de wet dat verplicht. Voor onze dienstverlening werken we met leveranciers die gegevens in onze opdracht verwerken:
Sommige van deze leveranciers kunnen gegevens buiten de Europese Economische Ruimte verwerken, bijvoorbeeld in de Verenigde Staten. Dat gebeurt dan met passende waarborgen, zoals het EU-VS Data Privacy Framework of de standaardcontractbepalingen van de Europese Commissie.
Je hebt recht op inzage, correctie, verwijdering, bezwaar, beperking van de verwerking en overdraagbaarheid van je gegevens, en je kunt je toestemming altijd intrekken. Stuur daarvoor een e-mail naar info@webly.es. Ben je niet tevreden over hoe we met je gegevens omgaan, dan kun je een klacht indienen bij de Spaanse privacytoezichthouder AEPD (www.aepd.es).
We nemen passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen om je gegevens te beschermen, zoals een versleutelde verbinding (HTTPS) op de hele website.
We kunnen deze verklaring aanpassen als de wet of onze werkwijze verandert. De datum van de laatste wijziging staat bovenaan.
